Shipping Policy

Orders on products will require 7-14 days on shipping. Some products might take up to 30 days if the selected item has been placed on back-order. We will notify customers if the product selected has been placed on back-order to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be returned with all tags attached.

  • 2) Product name or serial number of the item you wish to return
  • 3) Reason for requesting a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
